On April 5th, 2011, filmmakers Jack Hamill and Brenda Hill were hired to document serial killer Edward Payne. However, three weeks later, Jack Hamill's decomposed remains were found in an abandoned Oregon field. The investigation led police to a nearby farmhouse, where they discovered nearly a dozen decomposing young women in the basement.
