Three vulnerable adults with mental health conditions, Kevin, Earl, and Teddy, live at 17, Albion Street. Kevin, an autistic individual, repeatedly tampers with his favorite support worker Luke's bicycle, leading to an accident that puts Luke in the hospital. Earl, a paranoid schizophrenic, is in debt to a local gangster and steals the safe from 17, Albion Street to repay his debts, but instead of giving it to Frank, he goes on the run. Teddy, an autistic and non-verbal individual, is fixated on comic books and runs away after snatching a comic book from a young boy in the park, eventually becoming a missing person.
