Two brothers, Baba and Avinash, live in a small apartment in a Bombay city slum with their mother and another orphan, Nawab. After many misadventures, they move to an old man's house who is an underworld figure. Baba becomes involved with Nisha and hopes to marry her soon, while Avinash studies abroad and falls for Pooja. Avinash becomes a police officer, but is shocked to discover his brother's criminal activities and joins him and Nawab to take revenge on the criminal, Sunny.
