In the 1970s, a group of friends, including Gloria, Bo, Candy, and Suzy, embark on a flight from Los Angeles to Washington DC, aiming to add a thrilling experience to Gloria's pre-arranged wedding by joining the mile high club. However, their plan is disrupted when Gloria's ex-boyfriend, Barry, disguises himself as a pilot to win her back, and her prominent senator father is also on board. Chaos ensues when the plane is damaged, and Gloria and her friends must work together to find a safe way to land the aircraft, leading to a heart-pumping adventure.
