Irfan Khan, a key mafia affiliate in Mumbai, plans to hijack a plane from Hyderabad to Kathmandu to migrate to Dubai and control operations remotely. He recruits four men, who are in dire need of money, to hijack the flight. However, before the flight takes off, the four men kidnap Khan and hide him in a forest, aiming to collect the 50-lakh bounty on his head. They contact a double agent ACP, who refuses to help them, and one of the men, Kumar, makes a deal with the mafia to obtain 2 crore. However, the bag containing the money has a bomb, and the group decides to back out. Meanwhile, Khan's assistant is stopped by an IB agent, and the four friends eventually find their lost bag with a note explaining everything and their prize money.
