The Stooges, owners of a local drug store, face eviction by the ruthless Amos Flint. When Flint kicks his wife out for being old, the Stooges concoct a formula to reverse aging, turning her into a young woman. Flint offers them their store for free if they transform him too, but after drinking the serum, he becomes a five-year-old, forcing the Stooges to flee.
