A wealthy rancher inherits a property and discovers his carefree foreman is unable to ride a horse. Meanwhile, a ruthless freight owner seeks to buy out local ranches and sell to a large corporation. When the sheriff is attacked, his brother and a local woman join forces with the rancher to take down the freight owner, who frames him for a murder and tries to silence him.
