The true story of the murder of a middle-class African American family unfolds in "Wisper". In June 2016, three children and their mother were found shot to death at their suburban home in Northern New Jersey, shocking their husband and father Josiah Wisper, a businessman with ties to Harlem. Despite being cleared by authorities, Josiah's community remained suspicious of him, and he embarked on a personal investigation to uncover the truth. Through his video recordings and diaries, Josiah's journey takes him to various settings, including family gatherings, police stations, and underworld hotspots, as he pieces together the clues to solve the crime. The film's shocking conclusion reveals the ultimate truth and Josiah's transformation into a man. Inspired by real events, "Wisper" is directed by Russ Emanuel and produced by Howard Nash.
