In a small town, two ranchers, Mike O'Day and his daughters, provide wild horses for the government's remount station. However, a combine formed by the railroad owner, Ed Spencer, and rancher Ted Greenway aims to exploit the other ranchers by charging exorbitant prices for shipping their horses and cattle. When Tom Kenyon, a government agent, arrives with a plan to thwart the scheme, Spencer and Greenway resort to stealing the stock.
