Two black anthropologists, Dr. Green and Dr. Matara, uncover the remains of an ancient African tribe, the Myrthians, unleashing an evil force buried for centuries. Dr. Matara is possessed by the Myrthian queen's spirit, killing himself and leaving Dr. Green with a thirst for blood. He seduces Matara's widow, turning her into a bloodthirsty accomplice. Together, they lure victims into their trap, leaving a trail of drained bodies. The murders remain unsolved until a Gospel meeting, where chaos erupts.
