The St Trinian's Marriage Bureau, run by Flash Harry, orchestrates a plan to win a European "Goodwill" trip competition, much to the dismay of the Ministry of Education. To achieve this, the school convinces Joe Mangan, a diamond thief hiding at the school, to join the girls on their trip, with the real headmistress being held captive in the belfry.
