Josh and Blue embark on a journey to New York City to audition for Rainbow Puppy's Broadway musical, but their adventure takes an unexpected turn when Josh forgets his trusty Handy Dandy Notebook at home. To find the audition, they play a game of Blue's Clues, following a trail of clues to uncover the mystery. Meanwhile, Tickety Tock and her friends team up with Joe and Steve to search for Josh and Blue, ultimately joining forces to ensure they make it to the audition on time.
