On Halloween night, Bugs Bunny disguises himself as a witch and visits Witch Hazel's mansion. Hazel mistakes Bugs for a real witch and becomes jealous of his ugliness, offering him a cup of "tea" that's actually Pretty Potion. When Bugs removes his mask, Hazel realizes he's the missing ingredient for her brew and chases him. But before she can capture him, she drinks the potion and becomes young and beautiful, fleeing from the genie in her magic mirror.
