Bud Howard, an unemployed slacker, lives with his family in California and spends his days getting high and daydreaming about creating a successful comic book series. He and his friends, Jpeezy, Ooley, and Pretty Tony, find a large stash of weed and use it to create a "super weed", which puts them in the crosshairs of the local gang leader.
