After being severely injured in the Gulf War, Sam Battle is injected with a secret serum that saves his life, but its side effects are unknown. He soon discovers he has gained superhuman strength and agility. When his friend Brandon is kidnapped by a Neo-Nazi leader, Sam must take on the persona of Captain Battle, a crime-fighting hero alter-ego, to rescue him and stop the evil plans of the Necromancer, who aims to raise the cloned corpse of Adolf Hitler.
