In the Canadian wilderness, a cunning bush-pilot named Brian McLean lures fellow pilots with a lucrative opportunity, only to steal away the girlfriend of one of them. Inspired by Churchill's iconic "Blood, Sweat and Tears" speech, McLean and his new allies join the RCAF, with his married-to-his-fiancée superior officer constantly at his side. As McLean's rebellious nature clashes with authority, he faces escalating trouble.
