Charles, Dead or Alive

On the 100th anniversary of a prestigious watchmaking company in Geneva, Charles Dé, the 50-year-old grandson of the founder, is at a crossroads. He abandons his family and moves in with a young couple, adopting a carefree lifestyle and indulging in cooking, reading, drinking, and philosophical conversations. The couple grows fond of Charles, unaware of his secret connections with a daughter. Meanwhile, his family hires a private investigator to track him down, threatening to disrupt his newfound happiness and his family's business empire.
