A wounded terrorist, Sohail Ansari, is caught and hospitalized after a dramatic chase. Despite being in a vegetative state, he is moved to a research institute where his condition is closely monitored by medical staff and a nurse, Nupur Chauhan. When his journalist girlfriend, Surabhee Patel, breaks into the hospital, she is arrested but later released with a warning. However, the police soon discover that Sohail has escaped and kidnapped Nupur, prompting a massive manhunt.
