Paul, mourning a loss, is trapped in a fever dream where he sees his deceased wife Iris spewing contradictory statements at him. He finds an old Walkman and audio tapes, and begins having conversations with Iris, which may be real or imagined. His friend Garry visits, concerned about Paul's mental health, but Paul's hallucinations deepen and he accuses Garry of sleeping with his wife.
