A mischievous Daffy Duck is on the loose in a large eastern American city, painting mustaches on billboards and posters. Chased by Officer Porky Pig, Daffy's antics take him through city streets, a subway station, and even a rooftop. Despite being pursued, Daffy finds joy in painting mustaches on anyone he meets, including Porky, repeatedly. Eventually, Daffy is caught, brought to court, and surprisingly acquitted by a jury of mustached faces.
