In this eerie tale, a carnival worker named Wilbur is haunted by his troubled past and a disfigured face, a result of his cruel father's abuse. After being ridiculed and fired, Wilbur seeks solace with a mysterious swamp witch who gifts him a piece of wood from a gallows. Using this wood, Wilbur crafts a sinister mask, infusing it with his rage and despair. As he wears the mask, anyone who gazes upon it is consumed by an uncontrollable urge to take their own life, unleashing a trail of destruction and despair.
