A former news anchor is demoted and now works as a radio jockey. He receives a call from a man threatening to blow up the sea link, but he doesn't take it seriously until it happens. The anchor demands his old job back in exchange for covering the story, and his boss agrees but with conditions. The anchor's priority becomes his own gain, causing chaos and loss of life, including the death of his own wife.
