In the streets of East Los Angeles, a young man named Kilo aspires to follow in his father's footsteps as a drug dealer. With the help of a powerful and seductive woman, Kilo becomes a successful drug kingpin with a nationwide monopoly. However, his life takes a turn when he is imprisoned and his business is taken over by other inmates.
