Dr. Bob Frankenstein, the great-great grandson of Victor, works as an intern at Los Angeles General Hospital under the name Dr. Robert Frankenheimer. Unbeknownst to his coworkers, Bob has a secret laboratory where he intends to create the perfect human. However, his experiment goes awry when his dimwitted assistant Iggy steals the brain of a sex and food starved teenager, resulting in a monster that wreaks havoc through the hospital.
