A group of Martians, led by Princess Marcuzan and Dr. Nadir, travel to Earth in search of new breeding stock after an atomic war wipes out the female population on Mars. They arrive in Puerto Rico, where they accidentally crash-land a NASA space capsule, causing an android to malfunction and wreak havoc on the island. Meanwhile, the Martians kidnap women to take back to Mars, causing chaos and destruction in their wake.

On a desolate planet, a princess and a doctor concoct a risky plan to kidnap women from Puerto Rico to revitalize their dying world. However, their sinister plot is thwarted by a wayward android that has crash-landed on the island, unleashing mayhem.
