A mundane visit to the draft board sparks a vivid daydream for a young man, transporting him to a remote desert outpost where he envisions his life as a soldier.

In this film, a man is summoned to his draft board and escapes into a daydream about his impending military service. He is stationed at a distant desert outpost where the soldiers yearn for female company. He fabricates orders, bringing a group of WACs to the base, despite being prohibited from interacting with the soldiers.
