A young couple, Guddu and Salina, fall in love, but their happiness is short-lived after Salina loses her sight in a car accident caused by Guddu. Despite being innocent, Guddu is forbidden from seeing Salina again. Guddu later learns he has a brain tumor and decides to donate his eyes to Salina after his death.
