The Dead End Kids and Little Tough Guys are back in their third serial, working at an airplane and auto junkyard owned by Ace's father. When their truck is stolen by a fifth column organization, the Order of the Black Dragonfly, a government agent tries to get their help to recover it. However, Ace is suspicious of the agent and refuses to give a description of the thieves. Meanwhile, the spies, led by the Japanese leader The Baron, plan to sabotage the boys' efforts to recover their stolen truck.
