A new teenager, Kevin Foster, arrives in a small town and quickly finds himself in a dance competition with the most beautiful girl, Connie. They win the competition, but her boyfriend, Jeff, isn't happy about it. Kevin and Jeff engage in a series of competitions, including a car race and martial arts tournament, with Kevin emerging victorious. Along the way, Kevin befriends Kim, who secretly develops feelings for him, and must confront Jeff in a final showdown to win Connie's heart and a truce.
