A workaholic man takes his wife on a week-long vacation to a resort where her family used to go, to mend their strained marriage. However, the trip takes an unexpected turn when his wife becomes obsessed with an anklet she found on the pier, which belongs to a long-missing maid. As the mystery unfolds, the husband spends more time fishing with the resort's owner and less time with his wife, causing their reconciliation to stall.
