Super Bao, an ambitious teenager, sets out to join an anti-piracy navy fleet to follow in his ancestor's heroic footsteps. Despite his ordinary martial arts skills, he's deemed unqualified to sail on a warship and is relegated to a transport ship called The Steamer, bound for the high seas.
