Cowhand Johnny Mack helps law-abiding citizens clean up Medicine Flats after his friend Henry Blake's death. He thwarts an outlaw's attempt to hold up a prospector and then foils the outlaws' plans to ship stolen money. Along the way, Johnny and the vigilantes intercept the stagecoach, obstruct numerous schemes, and avenge the death of Henry Blake's daughter, Donna.
