A teenager named Malo strives to be the coolest kid in his high school while navigating his busy mom's executive life and his stay-at-home dad. When his German teacher assigns a pen-pal exchange, Malo hopes to be matched with a beautiful Valkyrie, but instead gets Sasha, a tall and punk-rock loving teenager from a band-entrenched family. Their initial meeting doesn't exactly spark a promising French-German friendship.
