When a factory lays off its workers overnight, Louise proposes an unconventional solution: using their compensation money to hire a hitman to take out their boss. The plan is approved, and Louise sets out to find the right person for the job, but her search leads her to Michel, a hapless security specialist with a questionable reputation. Despite his ineptitude, Michel agrees to take on the task and subcontracts it to a team of inexperienced novices.
