In a dormitory, a mysterious figure known as Makmum, or the follower, begins to wreak havoc as Rini returns to fulfill a request for Mrs. Kinanti, whose health is rapidly declining. Meanwhile, Rosa, the new leader, dismisses the concerns of Nurul, Nisa, and Putri, three students who are struggling academically and are allowed to leave during the holidays. As Putri's possessions intensify, the atmosphere becomes increasingly unsettling. Rini, sensing something is amiss, tries to help the students and uncover the truth, unaware that her own life is in danger.
