Marita Lorenz, a young woman from New York, visits Cuba and catches the eye of Fidel Castro, the country's leader. He offers her a position as his secretary, but soon she realizes her duties go beyond administrative work. She becomes pregnant and attracts the attention of the FBI and CIA.
