A high-powered consultant's luxurious Miami lifestyle is disrupted when she's sent to New Ulm, Minnesota to restructure a blue-collar manufacturing plant. Initially, she faces a chilly welcome from the locals, treacherous roads, and freezing temperatures. However, she eventually warms up to the town's charm and is accepted by the community.
