Trey and Silas, a couple of lovable Juggalos, reunite after Trey's year-long imprisonment and embark on a road trip to The Gathering of the Juggalos, where they feel accepted. However, their journey is filled with challenges, including a wrong turn, encounters with a psychotic sheriff, a trailer park princess, occult rednecks, and a cop on LSD. As they navigate the American South, they discover their destiny, identity, and the true meaning of family, leading to a climactic and gruesome finale in Mississippi.
