Dusty, a yoga instructor from Colorado, embarks on a rescue mission to save her brother Derek, a conspiracy theorist who believes Osama bin Laden is still alive. In Afghanistan, she joins a team of NATO special forces on a secret assignment, only to discover that Derek's theory is surprisingly accurate. The group soon finds themselves fighting against an army of zombie terrorists spawned from Osama's watery grave. With the zombie apocalypse spreading, Dusty and the troops must locate and destroy the source of the outbreak before it globalizes.
