Karel Král, the editor-in-chief of a men's magazine, is a charming and confident man who is popular with women, but struggles in his personal life. He frequently argues with his ex-wife and 17-year-old daughter Julie, who despises his new lifestyle. After losing his job to a young and beautiful woman, Karel's bad luck continues as he has a series of unfortunate events, including a car accident and a night of heavy drinking with his best friend. The next morning, Karel wakes up to discover that his wish to be a woman has come true.
