A cutthroat struggle for control erupts among high-ranking executives at a prestigious advertising agency, as they make cunning moves to claim the coveted title of chairman, culminating in a shocking decision to appoint an unconventional candidate to the top role.

In this dark satire, a black executive at an advertising firm is unexpectedly promoted to leadership, renaming the company "Truth and Soul, Inc." and replacing the existing team with his militant friends. As he becomes increasingly corrupted by power, he begins to struggle with the moral implications of his new role.
