In 1980s Seattle, an all-female grunge rock band, The Doll Squad, faces dwindling opportunities and desperation, resorting to scavenging for food. Seeking a career boost, they team up with a local promoter, Bruno Multrock, unaware that he is a psychopathic killer who brutalizes victims and keeps his brother's severed head as a morbid confidant.
