A serial killer is inadvertently freed from a hospital due to a computer glitch and returns to the sorority where he committed his previous murders, driven by his bloodlust. Dr. Joan Gilmore gives chase, while hospital officials try to conceal the error and dispatch security personnel to capture both the doctor and the escaped killer.
