Emma Warner, a toy company executive, is exhausted from a year-round Christmas atmosphere. She longs for a non-holiday vacation with hot guys and a beach. However, her assistant mistakenly books her on the wrong plane, and Emma finds herself in St. Johns, Alaska, a town that goes all out for Christmas. As she gets to know local holiday hero Connor, her childhood Christmas memories are rekindled, and she begins to thaw to the town and its charms.
