A prize-fighting banty rooster, prone to uncontrollable punching fits triggered by the sound of a bell, accidentally falls onto a farm where Foghorn Leghorn is engaged in a spirited battle with the barnyard dog. The rooster's unpredictable aggression is soon exploited by Foghorn and the dog, who use the bell to lure the rooster into striking their opponents.
