Danny and Zoe buy an old haunted attraction, hoping to have fun and make a profit. After meeting with the Realtor and groundskeeper, they learn the property has a dark past. They hire a cast of haunt actors to bring the attraction back to life, but their fun is short-lived as a bear-masked killer, Teddy, returns to wreak havoc on opening night.
