The Aristo-Cat background

The Aristo-Cat

A refined feline's life is disrupted when its trusted butler departs, forcing it to rely on its own wits. A chance encounter with a quick-witted mouse sets off a heart-pumping escapade.

The butler, Meadows, quits his job after being driven mad by the family cat's mischief. The cat, once spoiled and pampered, is now helpless and doesn't even recognize a mouse. The mice, Hubie and Bertie, arrive in search of cheese, marking their debut in a Warner Bros. cartoon.
