In the midst of urban turmoil, a determined leader, Ahmed, spearheads a grassroots movement to alleviate the suffering of the Watts community. However, when his trusted lieutenant, Colonel Kojah, requests authority to establish a protection unit, Ahmed's worst fears are realized. As Kojah's unit descends into vigilantism, Ahmed must confront the danger and reclaim control before becoming the next target.
