Johnny Mack Brown and Raymond Hatton star in a new series of westerns, succeeding the Rough Riders series after the untimely death of Buck Jones in a Boston nightclub fire.

In this western, Johnny Mack Brown stars as a lone rider seeking vengeance, while Raymond Hatton plays Sandy Hopkins, an undercover marshal. The two characters are unknown to each other until the end of the film, when Hopkins offers McKenzie a marshal's job, which he declines, continuing his quest alone.
