The film tells the story of Jack Filice Jr., a young music producer who inherits a Hollywood estate from his father. Despite his father's dying wish to preserve the estate, Jack Jr. demolishes it and builds a new party palace. However, the estate's dark past comes back to haunt him when a "monstrous spirit" begins to murder his friends and family. As Jack Jr. fights to survive, he uncovers a dark family secret from his childhood: the gruesome murder of his mother by his own grandfather. With the help of his mother's ghost, Jack Jr. must confront his grandfather and his own demons to rid himself of the evil that has haunted his life.
